Volunteer With Us
Give a few hours where it counts
Most of our work is delivered by volunteers from the area and beyond. You do not need teaching experience for every role — just reliability and a few hours a week or month.
Learning support
Help students in a subject you are comfortable with, in person or online, during after-school sessions.
Mentoring
Stay in regular touch with one or two students, guiding them on studies, scholarships and choices.
Events & drives
Lend a hand at seminars, health camps, plantation drives and talent competitions.
Skills-based help
Offer design, writing, data, translation (English–Marathi), photography, legal or accounting support remotely.
What to expect
A short induction call and a written role note so you know exactly what is expected.
Field roles are around Pauni, Bhandara. Many support roles can be done from anywhere.
A named coordinator you can reach, and a volunteer certificate for sustained contribution.
Partner With Us
Run a programme together
We work through existing institutions rather than around them. If you are a school, a gram panchayat or an organisation working in the same area, we can plan something jointly.
Schools
Host learning-support sessions, scholarship coaching or health camps on your campus, co-planned with your teachers.
Gram panchayats
Bring plantation drives, women and youth activities or digital-literacy centres to your village with local ownership.
NGOs & institutions
Share reach and expertise on education, health or livelihoods, or refer students to each other's programmes.
How a partnership takes shape
Talk
A short conversation about what your community needs and what we each bring.
Plan
A simple written plan: who does what, the timeline and how we will know it worked.
Pilot
Run a small first cycle together and review it openly.
Review & continue
Keep what works, adjust what does not, and decide whether to scale.
Corporate & CSR
CSR funding with clean compliance and clear reporting
Companies can fund a defined programme or project and receive structured reporting against it. Our registrations let us receive CSR contributions and issue the documentation your finance and CSR teams need.
Gurukul CPS Foundation is a registered not-for-profit with 12A and 80G income-tax registrations and CSR-1 registration with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Registration references are on the Transparency page and shared with partners on request.
What CSR funds can support
Education support
Learning centres, materials and scholarship coaching for a set number of students.
Youth skilling
Digital-literacy and employability batches with placement tracking.
Health & nutrition
School health camps, screening and nutrition awareness in a cluster of villages.
Environment
Plantation drives with one-year survival monitoring and school engagement.
How we work with CSR partners
Scope
Agree the programme, location, number of beneficiaries, budget and timeline.
MoU
Sign an agreement covering deliverables, fund release schedule and reporting.
Deliver
Run the programme with your team kept updated through the cycle.
Report
Provide utilisation statements and an impact report for your CSR filing.
Reporting you can rely on
Each partnership gets a scope document, a signed MoU, utilisation statements, periodic progress reports with photographs and data, and an end-of-term report suitable for your CSR disclosures.
Careers
Work with us
We are a small team and hire occasionally for programme, field and operations roles. Internships run year-round.
Current openings
There are no open positions right now. We still welcome your CV for programme, field-coordination and operations roles — we keep applications on file and contact you when something matches.
Send your CVInternships
We take interns from social work, education, development studies, communications and commerce backgrounds. Interns work on real programme tasks with a supervisor, not on filing.
- • Typically 6–12 weeks, part or full time, in Pauni or partly remote
- • Programme support, monitoring and evaluation, communications, or finance and compliance
- • A certificate and a written reference on completion
We consider all applicants on merit regardless of gender, caste, religion, disability or background, and encourage women and first-generation graduates from the region to apply.
