By using the website of Gurukul CPS Foundation ("the foundation", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms are a general template published for transparency. They are being finalised with legal counsel and may be updated before the site's public launch.
1. Acceptance of terms
Using this website means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update the terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary and made in Indian rupees. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We use donations for the foundation's charitable objects and, where a donation is tagged to a programme, apply it to that programme. A receipt is issued for every donation.
4. Receipts and 80G
The foundation holds 12A and 80G registration. Donation receipts carry the details required for an 80G deduction. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details (including PAN where needed) for the receipt to be valid.
5. Volunteering
Submitting a volunteer form is an expression of interest, not a commitment by either party. Volunteer roles, including any involving students, are subject to our induction, code of conduct and safeguarding checks.
6. Intellectual property
The foundation's name, logo, text, photographs and other content on this site are owned by the foundation or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not use the name or logo to imply endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
7. Third-party links
The site links to third-party websites and services (for example payment, maps and social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
8. No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the foundation against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhandara, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The "last updated" date shows the current version.
